University of AJ&K – King Abdullah Campus

On a built-up area of approximately 280,000 square meters, King Abdullah University was built in Muzaffarabad- Pakistan. The university consisted of 39 buildings and faculties of all fields, in addition to students’ residence. It also included a central library, administrative building, auditorium, a mosque, and several service buildings.

IBIMS received few drawings for the project, and mostly printed copies, due to the special circumstances of the project. IBIMS created a 3D BIM Model with LOD 300, for architecture, structure, electrical, and Plumbing For all the university buildings, then Extracting project sheets and bills of quantities for the aforementioned disciplines for tendering. All this was done after resolving the conflicts between trades.
