Mr. Sheaby Commercial Building
This project is considered one of the private projects for commercial purposes, as it consists of G+1 and a penthouse. Each floor consists of four separate residential apartments.
IBIMS received the initial idea of the plans and then designed the remaining packages of the project along with Architectural, Structural, and Electromechanical elements then extracted its detailed drawings for construction and the city’s municipality approval.
