Aramco Home Ownership – AJYAL

This project is part of a mega Residential Project for employee’s inhabitation for Aramco Company – (Neighborhood 2C Appartement Building) – it includes 3 prototypes of residential units, on an area of 25 thousand square meters, each type with a built-up area of 8,100 square meters.

IBIMS performed a 3D model LOD 400 for all Engineering trades (ASMEP), in addition to extracting all execution drawings for all trades, fully coordinated and conflict-free

with bills of quantities for each prototype.
